Our goals are simple...to provide every person in need, regardless of their ability to pay, with the CHOICE to bring quality health care into their home.

But even the simplest of goals need help to be achieved. We know you can not donate to every charity you see... why not give instead to your community?

At All Care Visiting Nurse Association, we depend on community support to carry out our mission. Your generosity will increase All Care's ability to continue servicing needy clients. With your help, we can continue to bring our home care services to the elderly, the terminally ill and their families, new mothers and their babies, and people of all ages recovering from an illness at home.

Your donations will help All Care continue to be sensitive to a patient's ability to pay for service, develop new health management programs or purchase medical equipment. You can get get involved through the following ways:

• Cash: A direct way to show support to All Care VNA, and is tax deductible to the extent provided by law.

• Bequests: Ensure future support of All Care's services and programs by making a generous gift through your will.

• Appreciation: You may want to show appreciation to the nurse, therapists, or home health aides who provided your care. All Care will honor each VNA staff member that has been recognized by patients and their families.

• Memorial Gifts: Patient's families may request that memorial gifts be sent to All Care by publishing their desire in funeral notices and obituaries. Families will receive a list of donors and all donors will receive thank you letters for their contribution.
